Next Level Baseball Training
Testimonials

Next Level Baseball Training utilizes a comprehensive approach to developing baseball players.  The coaching staff is excellent at evaluating and teaching the proper mechanics of throwing and hitting.  They incorporate a structured physical training program that improves a player’s baseball skills and is also designed to identify and prevent injuries."

“The Next Level Training program better prepared me for my senior season than anything I had done in previous off-seasons.  The coaching staff made me a better pitcher, gave me a better work ethic and prepared me to pitch at the highest level.”

“My son, Brett attended the Next Level Program at Hamline University from November thru Feb.  Please note that Brett has attended numerous camps and programs over the last 5 yrs (U of M camps, pitching lessons with Erik Lovdahl and Acceleration Minnesota).  While all have been beneficial and worth the money, he was really enthused about the Next Level Program.  He attended twice per week and always looked forward to each session.  The number of participants was limited to a manageable level.  Coach Verdugo, Coach Egan and the additional staff provided individual instruction and encouragement along with attention to detail regarding the mechanics of throwing.  Conditioning drills were designed specifically to baseball players.  Brett had confidence in his instructors and noted his increasing strength.  That made him want to continue.  Another positive factor was the other participants.  These were young men who took the game seriously and wanted to improve.  Nobody was there to waste anyone's time.  We live in Wisconsin and Brett knew a number of the other participants from playing in the metro area fall leagues.  And as I've always observed, the vast majority of ball players are truly nice guys.  In summation I'd have no hesitation in recommending the Next Level Program to any parent or ball player.  It's money well spent and you'll see results.”

“My son entered the NEXT LEVEL program as an undersized freshman. He worked extremely hard for a full six months and earned the respect of the upperclassmen and the NEXT LEVEL coaches.

This is not a program for kids looking to log time the easy way. This is for serious players looking to work extremely hard for positive results.  NEXT LEVEL coaches are extremely careful not to let students work with weight resistance they are not ready to do. My son was initially frustrated as the upperclassmen started moving up in resistance and the freshmen were not able to keep up. He became determined to push himself. My son followed the NEXT LEVEL program by adding 3 home workouts to the 2 supervised NEXT LEVEL workouts. With hard work, by the end of the program my son was able to work himself up to the level of the older and bigger upperclassmen.

The conditioning from this program allowed my son to add 8-10 mph to his velocity, improve his control and stretched his pitch count to 90+ pitches. With improved velocity his breaking pitches gained movement and provided significant contrast to his fast ball. The biggest impact was his dramatically improved recovery time between starts.

NEXT LEVEL trains mental toughness along with physical preparation. After NEXT LEVEL my son was well prepared for the high school workouts. My son earned a spot as one of the top pitchers on his freshman "A" team. He has caught the attention of the upper division coaches who are monitoring his progress as they look to see who they can develop into future varsity pitchers.

The results convinced my son to want to return to NEXT LEVEL this next fall.”

NEXT LEVEL gives you the structure and tools to succeed. Being a "B" player my whole life, I'd say All Conference in the Lake and voted Team MVP is quite an accomplishment. Next Level got me there
