If you are a Coach...Sorry...The recruit was not added to your Front Rush account.
The reason is that the data being passed is not properly formatted.
Please contact the 3rd party/Recruit site and let them know there is an issue.

If you are the developer for the 3rd party, then most likely either sEncodedXmlData,
api key, or your PartnerID is not passed in the Query string of the url.
