We hope everyone had a great summer, and is ready for another year of Cross Country and Track & Field. Our cross country season is underway, and we are very excited about this year's men's and women's team. We would like to invite you to be apart of our team for one day this coming fall.

On September 17th, 2011 we will be hosting our 1st York College of Pa Cross Country/Track & Field Fall Open House. This event is open to Juniors and Seniors interested in competing for our proud program. We invite you, your parents & family, as well as coaches to this very informative event. This is a great opportunity to visit and tour a campus from an athlete's perspective. You have the opportunity to meet with available coaching staff, learn about admissions, financial aid & classes, tour the campus, possible overnight (Seniors Only-see below), meet current track & field/cross country student-athletes, and we will wrap up with our home meet and picnic afterward.

Activities on September 17th
11:30 AM - Introduction & Brief Meet & Greet with the Coaching Staff
12:00 PM - Information Session about Admissions & Financial Aid
12:30?PM - Tour around campus with Track & Field Student-Athletes
4:00 PM - Cross Country Meet at John Rudy Park
6:00 PM - Picnic
