In 1988, after graduating from Lafayette College and then the University of Michigan with his MBA, Mr. Smith started Resicom, a telecommunications management company focusing on managing the campus phone services for colleges and providing resident students with long distance calling. Over the next 15 years, that company grew to serve almost 100 colleges. This loyal and satisfied group of college customers attracted the attention of a larger telecommunications company which purchased Resicom in 2005. Mr. Smith brings to Front Rush the experience of providing unparalleled support for an advanced technology product within the education market.

Sean Devlin, Cofounder, Product Development
In 2004, Sean graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. degree in Mathematics. Upon graduation, Sean moved into the technology sector spending two years working for IBM and then later Monster.com. Sean's experience at Monster.com has enabled him to develop an immense aptitude in web-based applications and interactive databases specific to the recruitment arena. In developing Front Rush, Sean uses his extensive knowledge of recruitment technology, focused on collegiate athletics, to create a product that stands alone in the education market.

Brad Downs, Cofounder, Sales and Marketing
In 2005, Brad graduated from the College of New Jersey with a B.A. degree in Corporate Communications. Brad was a four year varsity athlete with the nationally ranked College of New Jersey Lions Baseball Program. In 2002, he successfully competed in the College World Series where the Lions finished impressively 4th in the nation. Following his successful athletic career, Brad worked as a real estate associate where he developed unmatched skills in an ultra competitive field revolving around client relations. Brad brings to Front Rush an unrivaled ability to work directly with clients to help them exceed their goals and needs.
